Know Your Why
Why are you doing this cleanse? Write it down, tell a friend, post it to social media... know and define your WHY. Turn to your why if you find yourself struggling during the cleanse, or when you're asked (because you WILL be asked) 'WHY are you doing a juice cleanse?' Your why can be simple, detailed, short, or lengthy. Just make sure you have put some thought into it. Know it, and you will be focused on it during your cleanse.

Mind Over Matter
Your cleanse will be more successful and 'easier' if you have a positive mindset going in to it. Reading a motivating book, or listening to an audiobook helps with a positive mental approach. This helps not just on the cleanse, but with life in general! Some of my favorite books to read in preparation for a juice cleanse are:
The 10X Rule by Grant Cardone
The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck by Mark Manson
The Power of Habit-Why We Do What We Do by Charles Duhigg
Shut Up and Run by Robin Arzon
Girl, Wash Your Face by Rachel Hollis

To-Do List
During a cleanse, you will find yourself with extra time on your hands. You will not be spending time cooking for yourself (I know a lot of us will be cooking for our families). You will not be spending time eating. You will not be spending time grocery shopping and meal prepping. Make a to-do list! Think of all the things you always want to get done, but do not have the time to do and add them to your list. If you feel bored, have a craving, or need a change of scenery, turn to your to-do list and work through getting it done. It will be good to physically stay busy and think about how good it will feel to cross things off your list!
