How to Make a Transformation

Make a goal

What is your goal? Define it and know it. Make sure you write it down or have it saved on your phone/computer. While it seems silly to need to save your goal (of course you will remember what it is, it is YOUR goal), writing it down is a simple step that helps you commit to achieving it.

Deadline

What is your deadline? Determine which date you would like to hit your goal by. Once that is set, work backwards and decide what check points you want to hit along the way. A good start is a 90 day deadline. Check your progress at 7 days because you can do anything for 7 days, right? Have a checkpoint at 30 days and again at 45 days. By 45 days in to your transformation you should be halfway, if not more, to your 90 day goal. Use day 45 to make any changes and implement them immediately. This is a time for you to succeed and be proud, set yourself up for success.

Make a Plan

What is your plan to hit your goal? The more detailed your plan, the easier it is to stay on track. Don't get me wrong, it will not be easy, but once the planning is done you can execute it and start seeing motivating results.
Track Your Progress

Take progress pictures. No, you will not enjoy taking 'before' pictures but use them as motivation! You are putting forth effort and energy to make your transformation and seeing it in your progress will make the journey a success.
Social Events

What will you do if you have a bad day? Social events, work , lunches, birthday parties, weddings, holidays etc are going to continue. How you enjoy them during your transformation is something you should prepare for and commit to. Events and situations WILL come up during your transformation, and it's often best to put in the effort to stick to your plan. If that means you cleanse during an event then you do it and prove to yourself what kind of amazing will power you have. Do not let one event sabotage your progress, or set you back. If you decide to veer off your plan, pick right back up where you left off as soon as the event is over.

Accountability Partner

Have an accountability partner, better yet, a group. There will be celebrations and challenges during your transformation and it helps to share those. You can make a text or email group with friends and check in daily, or join Squeezed Society to get thousands of cleansers to cheer you on. Bottom line you do not need to do this alone and the more guidance and cheerleaders you have during your transformation the better.

Get Started

Just get started. The hardest part is getting started. Changing your habits is not easy, it will take time, consistency and determination. The sooner you start your transformation, the sooner you will see results. The results will motivate you to keep going and achieve your goals and hit success.
