Boom. Just like that, I made it through my first ever three day juice cleanse. 💁🏻♀️🙌 Proud of myself for sticking to it, and definitely reaping the benefits today. Overall, I had (and still have) lots of clean mental energy with no caffeine, I enjoyed the juices (but did not get over my hatred for beets, yuck), and had enough physical energy to work out each day, even if my workouts were less intense than usual. As an added bonus, I lost 6.4 pounds, which although was not the goal, I plan on keeping off. Looking forward to maintaining the healthy vibe I have coming out of this and using it to fuel the next phase of my wellness journey! Will definitely do this again in the future when I feel like I need to reset.
